Frequently asked questions
Do I have to photograph the dishes?
We take care of it: we agree together which dishes to bring into 3D.
Does it work on every phone?
Yes, in the browser. No app to download.
Can I have it without table ordering?
Yes: even just as a menu to browse in 3D.
How many questions does it ask?
Eleven, all optional: seven for each person and four for the table. They can be skipped and changed at any time.
Can I trust the allergen filter?
It excludes dishes containing the allergen, even as traces, and those whose data the kitchen hasn’t checked yet. The menu still reminds guests to tell the staff.
Who puts the suggestion together?
The menu, following the answers and your kitchen’s rules: with artificial intelligence or with fixed rules only, as you prefer. Guests change it dish by dish.
Is the 3D model the same as the real dish?
We make it from the real dish, but it’s still an illustration: the menu says so next to the 3D.
Can several people order together?
Yes: a second phone scans the table’s QR code and joins the same selection. You can see who added what.
Which languages?
Italian, English and Chinese. You can switch language at any time.
