Frequently asked questions
Do I need a website already?
No: the website is included. If you already have one, we decide together whether to rebuild it or link it.
Is there any commission on orders?
No. You only pay the monthly fee.
Can guests pay online?
By default they pay on pickup. Online payment can be added separately; payment provider fees excluded.
Do you do delivery?
The service is designed for pickup at the restaurant. Delivery can be built on request.
Can I stop takeaway for one evening?
Yes: from the dashboard you pause bookings or takeaway, even just for tonight.
Can I limit bookings per time slot?
Yes: you decide how many covers you take in each slot. Guests only see the free times.
How do I know an order has come in?
The dashboard plays a sound and shows it at the top. You see it on a PC, tablet or phone.
