TERMS
The rules, written first.
30-day trial
- The trial begins when the finished website is delivered and lasts thirty days.
- During the trial the website is online at a temporary PRIMA address, not on the client’s domain.
- Two revision rounds are included during the trial period.
- If the client confirms, they pay the activation and first annual fee and we connect their domain.
- If the client does not confirm, nothing is due and the website is taken offline.
- If the client does not confirm, the project, design and code remain the property of PRIMA. Texts, images and materials supplied by the client remain theirs.
- The guarantee is valid for the first ten projects.
Annual fee terms
- Minimum term: the annual fee has a minimum term of twelve months.
- Renewal: it renews automatically every year unless cancellation is communicated at least thirty days before expiry.
- Payment: invoices are payable within thirty days of issue.
- Instalments: on request, the annual fee can be split into two six-monthly instalments.
- Domain: the domain is registered to the client and remains at their expense (approximately €10–20 a year). If they already own one, we connect it to the new website.
- Non-payment: if the annual fee remains unpaid, the website is suspended after a reminder and fifteen days’ notice, and restored once payment is received.
- Ownership: the content supplied by the client and the domain remain theirs.
