Frequently asked questions
Does it count as an official attendance record?
It gives you accurate times and a file for your payroll consultant. How to use it for legal requirements is up to them: we prepare it in the format they ask for.
What about people without a smartphone?
They clock in on the tablet at the entrance, with a personal code.
Can you see where people are?
No. You only clock in by scanning the QR code at the venue: no location is recorded.
How much does it cost?
From €2 a month per person, with a minimum of €20 a month.
Can someone photograph the QR code and use it at home?
No: it changes every minute and only works on the tablet at the entrance.
I have more than one venue: does it work?
Yes: each venue has its own QR code and its own week, and everyone’s hours add up.
