Frequently asked questions
Do I need a dedicated kiosk?
No: an iPad or tablet on a stand is enough. A floor-standing kiosk is an option if you want one.
Can I use it with PRIMA—ORDER?
Yes: it’s built on the same base. Counter and tables share the same menu and the same kitchen.
What about cash payers?
They choose “pay at the till”: the order goes to the kitchen once the till confirms it.
How much does it cost?
It starts at €588 to set up, like PRIMA—ORDER, and depends on how many kiosks and screens you use. We give you the exact price first.
Can customers pay by card at the kiosk?
Yes, with a connected card terminal or from their phone. Payment provider fees are separate.
Can I change the menu myself?
Yes: dishes, photos, prices and options change from the dashboard and reach the kiosk and phones straight away.
