Frequently asked questions
Do I need PRONTO?
No: it also works from your Excel file. With PRONTO it’s included and availability is always accurate.
Can anyone see the prices?
No: each link belongs to one customer and shows their prices. You can switch a link off whenever you like.
Can customers pay online?
Not by default: the order reaches you and you confirm it. Online payment can be added separately.
Which languages?
Italian. Other languages can be added, Chinese included.
Can I add photos of the garments?
Yes: your own photos, even taken on a phone. A photo shoot is quoted separately.
Can customers see how many pieces I have?
No: they only see whether a colour or size is available, not warehouse quantities.
