Frequently asked questions
Do I need a special TV?
No: any TV with an HDMI input. We plug in a small computer, or use the TV’s browser if it’s good enough.
What if the internet goes down?
The screen keeps showing the last menu it loaded.
Can I add photos and videos?
Yes: photos or short videos in rotation, between one menu and the next.
Does it work with PRIMA—ORDER?
Yes: if a dish runs out at the till, it shows as finished on the screen.
How many screens can I have?
As many as you like: each screen can show a different menu, for example the dining room and the window.
Who does the design?
We do, with your colours and logo. Then you change dishes and prices yourself.
