Frequently asked questions
How long is a voucher valid?
You decide: usually a year.
Can it be used more than once?
Yes: if the bill is lower, the balance stays on the voucher.
What if someone copies it?
Every voucher has its own code: once used, it shows as used.
Do I need PRIMA—ORDER?
No. If you use it, the voucher is deducted directly from the table’s bill.
Does the payment come to me?
Yes, into your account, through the payment provider you choose. Its fees are separate.
Can I sell vouchers in person too?
Yes: you create them from the dashboard and print them or send them on WhatsApp.
